Electric Process Heater
Product Description
Process Heater is designed for heating fluid & gas. Electric Process Heater is the most compact temperature control system. Electric Process Heater includes an electric heater, control center, platinum resistance thermometer sensor, alumina silicate fibre insulation.
Normally a unit like a pump transports fluid & gas into the inline heater, which is then heated until the desired temperature is reached. The heating medium will then flow out of the heater at a fixed flow rate decided. The heat generated is evenly distributed and the efficiency of the heater is high. Drain valves are also provided to remove leftover or residues. Temperature sensors can be used with control to achieve the desired temperature range.
