Electric Nitrogen Heater

Product Description

Compressed Air Heater is designed for process temperature control up to 600℃, Nitrogen Heaters are custom designed for heating nitrogen. Nitrogen Heater is the most compact temperature control system. Nitrogen Heater include an electric heater, control center, platinum resistance thermometer sensor, alumina silicate fibre insulation.

Normally a pressure vessel ejects the nitrogen into the heater, which is then heated until the desired temperature is reached. The nitrogen will then flow out of the heater at a fixed flow rate. The heat generated is evenly distributed and the efficiency of the heater is high. Temperature sensors can be used with any control to achieve the desired temperature range.
