Product Description

Compressed Air Heater is designed for process temperature control up to 600℃, Compressed Air Heaters are custom designed for heating compressed air. Compressed Air Heater is the most compact temperature control system. Compressed Air Heater include an electric heater, control center, platinum resistance thermometer sensor, alumina silicate fibre insulation.

Normally a pressure vessel ejects the compressed air into the heater, which is then heated until the desired temperature is reached. The compressed air will then flow out of the heater at a fixed flow rate. The heat generated is evenly distributed and the efficiency of the heater is high. Temperature sensors can be used with any control to achieve the desired temperature range.
